ANYWAY. This pinioned crazy birdman of yours is sounding prettypretty cools. Crazy people are always fun. As is undeserved punishment.
And that punishment sounds pretty harsh. Could he glide if he jumped off a high place, or would he just drop like a rock?
Making and unmaking the world is always a popular thing for antagonists to be up to. Or else overthrowing people. Or else plotting ways to manipulate the course of human/kittymen events. Uh. Or something else. XD I'm oh so helpful.
But perhaps discovering more of the current state of politics would prove useful? I mean, if there's some craze going around and the antagonists fall on different sides of it and want to promote their cause, or if there's a lot of wordly tension they want to use for their own advancement/get rid of. (Everyone loves villains who are theoretically working for a better world, after all.) Uh. Yeah.
